Dear Sir/Madam,

You are requested to attend a meeting on the above day to discuss the most urgent issues which warrant urgent attention of our people in Sri Lanka and how can rise above the levels of bickering to meet the demands of the victims.

We believe that the experience you have accumulated and first hand information you posses will be useful for the discussion to draw up an action plan.

The ruling alliance have taken monopoly over rehabilitation with the authority of Presidential Task Force. Urgent relief support has been denied for people for their political allegiance especially for the handicapped, widowed or youngsters who had been released from custody. If we do not help these people, who else can help them?

There are two major components identified under the Early Recovery Programme; namely rehabilitation and restoration of all social, economic and community infrastructure facilities and to assist the families in the process of livelihood development.

We have taken a study of gap analysis and we hope to have the details of this study for this meeting.

Please come early (10:00 a.m.) to allow time for registration and get a coffee before the start of the meeting. The meeting will start promptly at 10.30 a.m.

If you have problem in locating the venue. Call  on 07984924502,

Thank you,
