Case filed against Palitha Kohana at International Criminal courts

Reports states, case had been filed at the International Criminal Courts against United Nation Organization’s Permanent Representative for Sri Lanka Palitha Kohohena and United Nation Council Chief Officer Vijai Nambiyar.

The case had been filed on the context that Palitha kohena possess dual Australian citizenship was mentioned by Inner City Press. The case further indicates that the liberation tiger leaders holding white

flags were shot to death by the government forces.

Inner City Press queried the Council’s spokesperson Martin Nesriki to explain about the contribution of Vijai Nambiyar, Chief Officer of the Untied Nation Council in connection with this incident. On a previous occasion Vijai Nambiyar in his interview to Al Ajeera had mentioned that President Mahinda Rajapakse, Gottabaya Rajapakse and Palitha Kohohena had in the proper manner welcomed the surrendered Liberation tiger members and attacks were not made against them which were assured to him.

Meanwhile Inner City Press queried regarding this matter, but Martin Nesriki refused to give a reply. Meanwhile due to delayed activities of Vijai Nambiyar, the killings of the leaders from the Liberation tiger members had happened was stated. Inner City Press further mentioned that Vijai Nambiyar had affirmed that, Mahinda Rajapakse government will provide the general welcome, and will not attack the liberation tiger leaders.
