Dear Friends and Fellow-Travellers,
Amnesty International has created a petition on the White House petition site today asking the U.S. to support an international war crimes investigation in Sri Lanka.
We are asking all who understand this ongoing issue to please sign the petition by Oct. 29 (and encourage their friends and family to do so as well).
We need at least 5,000 signatures by Oct. 29. The petition can be found at: http://wh.gov/4oa

The International community has a duty towards the long suffering Sri Lankan Tamil population to restore their rights of SELF DETERMINATION.
Global Peace Support Group - believes that this is the ONLY way for a permanent PEACE in Sri Lanka.
