Ruse 1 – Incarceration of 300,00o plus Tamils in Wanni Districts for more than 30 months, citing ‘National Security concerns.’
Ruse 2- Preventing families released from the Internment Camps because of the many and mushroomed High Security Zones (HSZ).
Ruse 3- Mandating ‘released’ families not to return to their original places, with threats of “more than a million mines were planted during the 25 years… SL’s half million mines to take a decade to clear …for Sri Lanka to become fully mine-impact free”
Ruse 4- Demarcation of trumpeted ‘Economic zones’ that are taboo to the original inhabitants of the declared areas
Ruse 5 – - Using ‘grease devils’ Colombo sets next stage of militarisation

Ruse 6 Hundreds of archeological sites already identified in the Northern Province, and many more sites in the Province are in the process of identification.
