ANY TAMIL PROFESSIONALS WISH TO ATTEND?
I am writing to remind you to register for the upcoming UNA-UK Young Professional Network event at Chatham House next Wednesday evening 27 July.
This event will bring together Chatham House Under 35 members and UNA UK Young Professionals to provide an excellent networking platform and the opportunity to learn first-hand from experts in the fields of climate change and food security:
- Jaakko Kooroshy (Chair) – Research Fellow, Energy, Environment and Development Programme, Chatham House
- Tim Gore – Oxfam’s climate change policy advisor
- Tom MacMillan – Executive Director of the Food Ethics Council
- Representative of the World Food Programme – TBC
A drinks reception will be held before the speaker presentations.
This event is only open to YPN members who are also members of UNA-UK. Our records indicate that you are not currently a member of UNA-UK. Becoming a UNA-UK member is quick, easy and inexpensive. Simply visit www.una.org.uk/join.
Once you have joined, please send your PayPal receipt number or confirmation email to eads-dorsey@una.org.uk so that we can immediately register you for the event. You will then receive a confirmation email with further details, including the time of the event.

Global Peace Support Group - believes that this is the ONLY way for a permanent PEACE in Sri Lanka.
