Dear Hounerable members of the Human Rights Council  – UN

Global Peace Support Group – UK, believes in Humanitarian & Justice for which this organisation is dedicated. We believes that there is  a serious vacuum to be filled up, by  the International Community to uphold the Peace & Justice.

The Sri Lankan government consistently deny any wrong doing and oppose a war crime enquiry as suggested and recommended by the experts who  were appointed by the Secretary General of UN.

Almost all those of International Humanitarian Organisations seriously support a War Crime Enquiry to be carried out on both of those warring parties.  Further more ,on the Claim of Sri Lanka, to carryout the same by themselves would also seems to be another blow to the International Law and order.

The Sri Lankan  government  seems to have set a records in appointing various commission as and when such  a need arise and keeping aside without any action. There are already cries over and wonder your honourable membership would allow this situation to drag further.

We shall therefore urge  you,  please support this war crime enquiry as suggested by the experts penal appointed by the Secretary General-UNO.

Yours truly

K.Kunabalasingam

Chairman
